If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

TargetHunt provides external attack surface intelligence, vulnerability detection, security validation, reporting, and related cybersecurity workflow tools.

The Services may include automated reconnaissance, asset discovery, vulnerability assessment, exposure monitoring, security reports, notifications, integrations, APIs, and administrative controls.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time as the platform evolves.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding passwords, sessions, API keys, access tokens, and other credentials associated with your account.

API keys and credentials are confidential. You may not share them with unauthorized parties or embed them in public repositories, client-side code, or publicly accessible systems.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, workspace, and API keys, whether or not the activity was authorized by you.

You must notify TargetHunt immediately if you suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise, or misuse of your account.

Certain Services require paid plans, usage credits, subscriptions, one-time purchases, or other paid entitlements.

You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, overages, usage charges, and third-party payment processing costs associated with your selected plan or usage.

Credits, scan quotas, feature limits, and billing periods may vary by plan and may expire, reset, or be consumed according to the product rules shown at the time of purchase or allocation.

All subscriptions, credit purchases, plan upgrades, one-time top-ups, API usage charges, and prepaid fees are strictly non-refundable for all users to the fullest extent permitted by law. TargetHunt does not provide refunds, credits, reversals, chargebacks, or prorated returns for unused time, unused credits, downgrade requests, account closure, scan failures caused by customer scope or input, or termination for violations of these Terms. Any exception applies only where a non-waivable law requires it.

You may use TargetHunt only for lawful, authorized security assessment activity. You must not use the Services to:

You retain ownership of the domains, URLs, IP addresses, asset information, scope rules, scan inputs, reports, evidence, and other data you provide to or generate through TargetHunt.

You grant TargetHunt a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide, secure, support, improve, and operate the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted targets are in scope, authorized, accurate, and safe to assess.

You are responsible for reviewing findings, validating business impact, applying remediation, and deciding whether and how to act on any security report.

TargetHunt and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, software, source code, scanners, models, workflows, methodologies, documentation, interfaces, branding, and related technology.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of TargetHunt intellectual property to you.

Feedback, suggestions, or improvement ideas you provide may be used by TargetHunt without restriction or obligation to you.

The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party services, payment processors, cloud providers, security data sources, vulnerability databases, notification tools, identity providers, and open-source software.

Third-party services and content are governed by their own terms and policies. TargetHunt is not responsible for third-party availability, accuracy, security, pricing, or changes.

Security intelligence, CVE metadata, exploitability indicators, and external references may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate and should be reviewed by qualified personnel.

TargetHunt works to provide reliable Services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every scan, report, integration, or notification will complete successfully.

Maintenance, outages, rate limits, queue delays, upstream failures, target-side blocking, or infrastructure issues may affect Service availability.

Support availability, response times, and service commitments may vary by plan or separate written agreement.

TargetHunt may suspend or terminate access immediately if we believe your use is unauthorized, abusive, illegal, risky, unpaid, or in violation of these Terms.

We may also suspend scans, disable API keys, limit usage, or remove access to specific features to protect TargetHunt, customers, third parties, or infrastructure.

You may stop using the Services at any time, but termination does not relieve you of payment obligations already incurred and does not create any right to a refund.

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

TargetHunt disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security.

No security product can guarantee complete protection, identify every vulnerability, prevent every breach, or replace professional judgment, remediation, monitoring, and governance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TargetHunt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages; lost profits; lost revenue; lost data; business interruption; security incidents; remediation costs; or loss of goodwill.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TargetHunt's total liability for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you to TargetHunt for the Services during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

TargetHunt may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
